JOB ROLE:
HR Administrator

JOB TYPE:
PERMANENT

HOURS:
0900-1700

SALARY:
£35k-£38K per annum


LOCATION: Chislehurst - free parking onsite!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Being a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • Managing/ supporting with low level and complex ER cases

  • Holding investigations, minute taking in disciplinaries, log absences

  • Keeping up to date with UK employment law and improving policies and procedures where necessary

  • Promote good performance and work proactively

  • Supporting with compensation review, payroll, and benefits (ad hoc)

  • Supporting and driving all the recruitment within the organisation



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • CIPD Qualified or qualified by experience (around 6 years minimum within a HR position)

  • Experience with dealing with high levels of recruitment

  • Experienced HR generalist (desirable)

  • Experience in supporting ER issues

  • have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
