Job Details:

  • HR & Office Manager (12-month FTC)

  • £35,000 - £40,000* Depending on experience + company benefits

  • City of London

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (Flexible working)

Job Spec:

  • Office Management support for very busy London Office

  • Manager to 2 x admin staff supporting with daily planning, structure, and tasks

  • General diary/calendar management and office communication to staff

  • Maintaining all employee records and HR information including sickness, absence, supporting payroll etc.

  • Managing employee lifecycle from beginning to end

  • Maintaining staff benefits across a wide range of policies

  • Recruitment, Training, learning and development

  • Organising company social events and gatherings

  • Employee appraisals, performance, and development reviews

  • Responsible for return to office plan including rotas, seating plans, office equipment, health and safety and stationery upon return

  • Facilities management including obtaining quotes, arranging contractors and repairs

  • Meeting and greeting visitors for meetings when in the office

  • Health and safety


  • 2-3 years' experience within similar role is essential

  • Strong Office Management experience is essential

  • HR knowledge, CIPD level 2-5 completion or currently studying is a huge benefit

  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work effectively independently

  • Ability to manage and support admin staff within team

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise

  • Excellent team player, approachable to all employees

  • Business objective/strategy minded

  • Ambitious, eager to get involved and improve current office processes and systems
