We are looking for a HR and Office Administrator looking for a part time role who is available immediately to join an international company within the City of London. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and 'go getting' candidate to help support the existing team with all Administration and HR tasks. You must have experience within a similar role, be able to excel within a fast-paced varied environment, be a calm and professional communicator and have strong attention to detail - no two days are the same!

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP - Must be available immediately!

Duration: Ongoing - with the potential for the right candidate to go perm

Salary: £25,000-£28,000

  • Proficient with all MS Systems, including Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Must be available immediately

  • Experience within a similar HR role desirable

  • Ability to schedule interviews and manage recruitment processes

  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced growing company

  • Confident and professional communicator at stakeholder level

  • Enthusiastic, professional and approachable attitude

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and excel under pressure
