WOW: Our client - a high profile architecture business in Central London are looking for a HR & Office Assistant to join their busy, dynamic, lively team based in the Head Office in a stunning location.


HOURS: 09.00 - 5.30PM Hybrid working Office and Home


LOCATION: Oxford Circus


SALARY: £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

JOB ROLE: HR duties supporting the HR Team, PA duties supporting the office Operations team


Temp - Perm opportunity



HR & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR




  • Produce travel itineraries for employees

  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments

  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail

  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering

  • Manage reception area and looks after visitors

  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

  • Manage outgoing post and records data on special deliveries

  • Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary

  • Draft, format, and prints relevant documents



SKILLS REQUIRED




  • Excellent academics and education

  • Some office experience required

  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
