HR & Office Administrator - Immediate Start!

JOB TITLE: HR & Office Administrator


LOCATION: Brighton


HOURS: 37.5 Hours


SHIFTS: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday Working From Home Initially


SALARY: £10 per hour


Our client based in Brighton is currently recruiting for a HR & Office Administrator to join their quickly expanding team.


Role Responsibility:



  • Assisting with setting up electronic devices and dispatching to new starters

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Arranging the new starter access and conducting the induction training

  • Monitoring of staff mandatory training compliance

  • Assisting with health and safety reviews and provision of support equipment

  • Calculating and updating annual leave records

  • Storing and producing relevant employee records

  • Minute taking

  • Assisting the Office Manager with other tasks as required


The Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous experience of office administration

  • Clear communication skills and ability to handle difficult problems

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and experience of working in fast paced team

  • Able to work independently as well as to contribute effectively to the team

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual, organised and empathetic

  • Good/intermediate Excel skills
