Office Angels are looking for a HR Manager to join a passionate diverse team of committed individuals who achieve quality results. This rapidly growing construction company based a short walk from both London Bridge and Southwark station are looking for an experienced and confident HR Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing advice and support on all people policies, practices and processes in relation to HR.

  • Manage our People Proposition and experience, including well-being

  • Advise leadership and line managers on all people-related matters and practices across the business

  • Ensure appropriate learning and development for our people to support delivery of our purpose, mission and plan

  • Manage the new starter process, including the company induction programme

  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of our HR system (Breathe HR)

  • Coordinate the leavers process, including carrying out exit interviews and sharing feedback with leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement in all we do

  • Manage our Apprentice/T Level/Intern vacancies, pledging for levy for our apprenticeships and developing relationships with local schools and colleges

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including:

  • Working with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions

  • Maintaining the Careers inbox and applicant tracking system

  • Arranging interviews, liaising with recruitment agents and managing the candidate experience

  • Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts of employment


  • CIPD qualified or in progress

  • Relevant experience and expertise in performance management

  • Superb communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
