Our client is looking for a 'Can do@ attitude to over see all aspects of HR practices and processes within a rapidly growing, start-up fashion business.

We are looking for a personable and approachable HR Manager or Senior HR BP with a 'can do' attitude to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within a rapidly growing, start-up fashion business.

To perform well in this role, you should have proven experience as a HR manager, preferably in a fashion business, and existing knowledge with legal & process requirements around employee relations.


  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish including writing job descriptions, conducting initial interviews, sending contracts, conducting exit interviews etc

  • Developing & implementing an induction process for new starters

  • On hand to provide necessary training to employees

  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures

  • Oversee, manage & maintain objectives & performance appraisals for all employees

  • Managing employee holiday allowances and track accurately

  • Offer support & confidential advice to the whole NC team

  • Think strategically on ways the company can implement new HR related systems & processes

  • Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness across the business

  • Be on hand to assist with any other HR related duties


  • Proven experience as a HR manager at another fashion retailer

  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

  • Maintaining employee & workplace privacy

  • Personable, bubbly, resilient & approachable

  • Open minded and happy to get involved where required

  • A true ambassador and representation of the brand
