A new role has become available for an experienced Team Leader with HR experience to join a sociable team within a global software company. They are based in super modern offices close to St. Paul's Tube station. They are looking for a strong candidate with bundles of enthusiasm and a great work ethic.
Role: Team Leader with HR experience
Salary: £13.00ph - £15.00ph
Location: City of London
Type: Temporary, 3 months
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
* Management for 3 Associates based in 2 locations (London and Peterborough)
* Ensure all team members understand the company's expectations and deliverables of their roles.
* Develop and coach team members to improve performance and delivery of service.
* Identify and manage training and development needs in line with company procedures.
* Support the Head of UK CWS and management team in the retention and motivation of staff.
* Ensure a high-level service is provide for all Starters, Leavers, Status changes, Security Clearance and Recruitment
* Manage the Inbox rota and ensure cover is provided for any Associate absence.
* Preparing all correspondence.
* Leading the administration aspect of the annual salary review process, working with the Business Partners / Advisors.
* Be the main signature for contracts of employment.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* Excellent IT skills in all Microsoft Office Systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Security Clearance experience and knowledge is desirable
* CPP or part CIPD qualification preferable
* Experience in IT sector desirable
* Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Flexible in approach
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organisation
* Organised, methodical approach
* Detail conscious
* Confidentiality and integrity are crucial
