HR Assistant (12 month FTC)

£18,000 - £20,000

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a leading, reputable organisation in Manchester City Centre. This is on a 12 month FTC basis.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming HR queries

  • Managing the on boarding process for new starters

  • Processing internal moves

  • Keeping HR system up to date

  • Managing the monthly payroll process

  • Attending and note taking at meetings

  • Getting involved in case work and projects

  • Assisting with any other tasks

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience of working within a HR role

  • Experience dealing with employees at all levels

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage own workload and meet important deadlines

  • Interest in continuous improvement
