We are teaming up with a global company based in Ringwood for this role. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join their friendly team. The job role will involve but not be limited to:



  • Support the recruitment process.

  • Arrange training

  • Administer and maintain HR data such as pension schemes, medical insurance, employee benefits etc.

  • Work on various HR projects

  • Advise employees and line managers on various company policies

You must have:



  • Good IT skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Analytical eye to detail

  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality


It would also be an advantage if you have experience of payroll and basic knowledge of employment law.



This is a full time role. Salary up to £24,000.
