DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Ensure that all local HR files, folders, and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information

  • Assisting HR Team with all aspects of Administration

  • Dealing with highly confidential information

  • Processing of highly confidential information

  • Assisting the Talent Team with sourcing CV's, writing adverts, screening candidates

  • To establish and maintain HR and management information, record keeping, and provide periodic data reports as required.

  • Processing of payroll

  • Dealing with Payroll queries


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Personable and flexible individual with excellent organisational and strong work ethic

  • Excellent attention detail and accuracy, an individual who is resilient with a confident working attitude

  • A professional and proactive individual works well under pressure and can work effectively in a demanding environment

  • The ability to effectively multitask, prioritise and hit the ground running

  • Knowledge of the Talent Acquisition process

  • Business, Administration, HR, or Psychology related degree (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
