JOB ROLE:
Resourcing and Onboarding Coordinator

JOB TYPE:
6 Month FTC - view to go perm

COMPANY:
Our client is a wonderful charity which is for children's mental health. This role will be perfect for a newly graduated individual who is passionate about charity work and looking to kick start their career within HR or recruitment.



HOURS:
35 hours per week

SALARY:
£26,000-£27,000

LOCATION:
Nearest Tube: Farringdon

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting the onboarding process for paid recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles.

  • Working as a key member of the resourcing and onboarding team by providing administrative support across the recruitment life cycle.

  • Supporting hiring teams with head office and non-clinical recruitment requests.

  • Posting adverts on external job boards and supporting managers with shortlisting documentation.

  • Liaising with hiring managers and candidates with onboarding queries such as references, and medical clearance and right to work.

  • Working with People Recruiters to schedule interviews and coordinate internal diaries where necessary.

  • Ensuring that hiring managers and interview panels receive interview questions and supporting documents.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience of HR and recruitment systems administration

  • Experience of working with sensitive information and data in a confidential manner

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
