HR Generalist
9-12 month contract
Hours: Part time - 4 days a week 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £40,000 (£50,000 full time)
Location: Aldgate East, some hybrid working could be offered but the successful candidate must be happy to work from the office

This company based a short walk from Aldgate East station are looking for a confident HR generalist to cover a 9-12 month maternity cover from October! They are looking for someone with knowledge of UK employment law with a CIPD level 5.
Duties:
- Daily operations of the HR department
- Executing HR policies, internal procedures
- Conduct exit interviews
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Internal promotions and employee appraisals, disciplinaries
- Learning and development and training
- Running reports and monitoring performance
- HR inquiries
- Oversee and support administrative activities in the department
- Office Management duties including workplace policies, office supplies, management of meeting rooms etc
- Track and control invoices
- Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Qualified CIPD level 5 or equivalent
- Experience within a HR role
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication skill
- Organised with a can do attitude
- Happy with a contract role
