Oa Liverpool Street are excited to be representing one of our favourite clients in recruiting for an HR Executive. Our client is a healthcare-focused advisory firm, with experts in Science, Insight, Strategy and Communications delivered as a specialist service.


We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Administrator, with generalist experience, well versed within ER administration and supporting with the recruitment cycle. This is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their career to becoming an HR Advisor, someone who is excited to learn new skills, stimulated in fast moving environments, with a flexible approach to working in a varied role, in a growing company.


Role purpose & duties:


The HR Executive will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the HR Team with particular focus on On-boarding, Holiday and Absence Management, H&S, Resourcing, Employee Recognition and HR policies


Recruitment



  • End to end management of the Intern Recruitment Programme

  • Preparing job descriptions and recruitment briefs for each vacancy

  • Negotiating rates for recruitment website portals

  • Reviewing CVs and participating in and coordinating the interviews respectively including psychometric tests and presentations

  • Issuing relevant paperwork and organising inductions for selected candidates


HR Administration



  • Keep all staff records accurately updated on the HR system (personal details, holidays etc.)

  • Communicate relevant information internally as requested (for e.g. letters of employment, salary details etc.)

  • Complete all intranet updates, including keeping accurate organisational charts and line management charts

  • Ensure all HR policies are followed and documented correctly, including probation reviews, return to work interviews etc.

  • Support key HR projects as delegated by the HR Manager

  • Deal with HR-related queries and requests on a daily basis


ER Administration



  • Coordinating and attending ER meetings

  • Note taking, minute taking, producing letters and paperwork

  • Resolving and responding to ER related queries related to probation and absence

  • Support HR Team with case management of Long Term Sickness and Flexible working, identifying potential early ER issues

  • Support and guide HR team through performance improvement plans and disciplinaries

  • To ensure compliance and best practice is consistently applied in all ER administration


Skills & Experience



  • Previous experience within a generalist human resources role

  • CIPD qualified or working towards it

  • Demonstrates good organisational, analytical and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of HR policies, processes & best practices

  • Experienced in employee relations related administration

  • Ability to determine priorities, plan ahead, work calmly under pressure and schedule work to meet deadlines

  • Proficient in MS Office packages - word, excel, power point

  • Good team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels
