HR Advisor - Temp to Perm


Pay Rate: up to £35kpa


Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)


Location: London Bridge | Full time office based


Duration: Temporary to Contract | Immediate start

If you are an experienced HR Administrator with proven HR experience and knowledge within a standalone role then this is will be an exciting position for you. You will be working alongside the HR Manager and HR team and will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the administrative processes for the HR function.


Our client is a creative, innovative Marketing agency based in London Bridge and they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team as soon as possible.


HR Advisor duties:



  • Recruitment administration of new starters and Fixed Term Contracts and Freelancers

  • Issuing employment contracts, NDA's and other related documents

  • Checking right to work documents & visas for new joiners

  • Manage the leaver process and confirm changes in employment terms and conditions to promoted employees, including pay reviews and changes of job titles

  • Administration and collation of the payroll information including payroll queries

  • Updating and Maintaining the HR Database and employee files

  • Providing monthly and ad-hoc reports from the HR system

  • Maintain absence records and highlight areas of concern to the HR Manager

  • You will work alongside the HR Manager and Operations Director to communicate key information on company policy, practice, schemes and initiatives

  • Provide basic advice and support on company HR process in absence of the Head of HR Manager

  • You will deal with all reference correspondence in line with company policy or other agreements by checking personnel files


Profile:



  • HR professional and keen to learn

  • Advanced/intermediate level on MS Word/ Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiar with Teams and comfortable on the Google suite

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS is desirable

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
