HR & Engagement Co-Ordinator


Do you have a CIPD qualification and/or experience in HR?


Are you a creative people person?


Permanent, Twickenham, Hybrid working


£25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, life assurance, health & wellbeing, private healthcare and dress down Fridays.


Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm.

Overview:


An exciting & creative opportunity to work for the world's largest manufacturing and construction business where you will help coordinate employee engagement initiatives by creating & generating posters, flyers, brochures and presentations for both internal and external HR communications.


Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:



  • Creating monthly company newsletters

  • Creating a calendar of events, awareness days and holidays suggesting ideas for communications and activities

  • Creating and coordinating a calendar of social activities and regularly updating the office blackboard and noticeboards

  • Overseeing corporate volunteering opportunities

  • Updating software used for employee engagement surveys and generating reports

  • Setting up and launching employee engagement surveys, including 'pulse' surveys

  • Analysing engagement surveys to identify patterns and working closely with the rest of the HR team

  • Delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Assisting with interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Working with the HR & Recruitment Coordinator to review exit interviews and improvement opportunities

  • Creating promotional materials to encourage awareness of employee resources and benefits

  • Overseeing the holistic 'user experience' for employees

  • Managing the HR content on the company intranet

  • Conducting ad-hoc 121s with employees at all levels to gauge 'hot topics' and encourage verbal feedback

  • Organising and running focus groups in line with HR strategy

  • Liaising with the EA and Receptionist to make improvements to workspaces


To be successful in this role you'll have:



  • Excellent SharePoint or general system experience (essential)

  • Previous HR experience and/or a CIPD qualification in HR practice (desirable)

  • Excellent written communication and superb attention to detail

  • A strong eye for design, preferably with experience using Canva

  • Creative and innovative; someone who enjoys brainstorming

  • Friendly, approachable and discreet

  • Committed to continuous improvement, and collaborating with other departments to suggest and promote new ideas
