HR Coordinator

Location - Poole, Dorset

Contract Type - Permanent, Full-time

Interview dates - w/c 11th October and w/c 18th October

Start date - Flexible, October or November

Overview of the company - Contractor providing health care across Africa. Our client support the work throughout the project life cycle from project definition through to end user training.

More detail on this role -

- Research, evaluate, draft and maintain company HR policies

- Develop and enhance employee relations, staff engagement and team building

- Assist employees in undertaking personal developments

- Support the HR manager and step in when necessary

- Assist with recruitment including job descriptions, selecting candidates and interviews

To be successful in this role you'll be/have -

- Ambitious

- Adaptable

- Organised and have a 'can do' attitude

- Level 3/5 CIPD
