Innovative, expanding and successful Tech business based near London Bridge is looking to recruit a bright, dedicated and ambitious People/HR Coordinator to join their team.


This is a great opportunity for somebody with some previous HR/Recruitment experience to take the next step in their HR career and become part of an expanding and collaborative People team.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • To be first point of contact for all global People queries.

  • Ensure legal compliance for all people related processes. Including Visas, criminal background checks and reference checks.

  • Keep the People system up to date with joiners, leavers, role changes, manager changes and salary information.

  • Manage people administration tasks including but not limited to corporate gifts, birthdays, welcome packs for new starters and raising POs

  • Assist Head of Talent and Talent Partner in the administration of recruitment activities including diary management and screening of CVs

  • Manage training systems, sending training to all new starters and refreshers for those that have expired

  • Diarise on-boarding sessions for all new starters

  • Support with Learning and Development, talent events and general training events

  • Reception duties including opening and closing of the office, answering all calls and stock management


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Some previous HR/Recruitment experience or a HR Qualification -degree/working towards CIPD

  • Ability to learn office systems and procedures

  • Intermediate level with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines

  • A proactive approach to finding solutions

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality

Hours vary between 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday


You will share the Reception & Facilities duties with our other People Coordinator, working on a rota for opening the office at 8am and manning the front desk, allowing you some flexibility on alternating days/weeks.
