Job Details:



  • HR Coordinator

  • £30,000 - £35,000 *Depending on experience

  • Full time, permanent

  • 9.00am-17.30pm

  • City of London - Hybrid working


Duties:



  • Working closely with the London Operations Manager and global stakeholders

  • Assist with the recruitment process - Identifying candidates, reference checks, drafting offer letters and employment contracts.

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

  • Ensure that all files and records are complete and up to date.

  • Dealing with general administrative and support enquiries from employees.

  • Provide salary and benefits and other employee queries relevant to payroll.


Requirements:



  • The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience.

  • Good knowledge of HR functions.

  • Experience with payroll is ideal however not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal English

  • Someone who is happy to work individually supporting a wider team
