HR Co-ordinator

Working within Education as a HR Co-ordinator.



You need to have good verbal, communication and written English comprehension skills

Proficient IT skills/ability to be self-sufficient in terms of administration including use of databases.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development

Previous experience in a administrative role ideally within HR.

Experience within a customer orientated or front line role.

Experience of working in educational environment would be an advantage.

Able to demonstrate effective organisational and administration skills

Ability to coordinate and plan multi priorities under pressure and to tight deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively with others and effectively both orally and in writing

Excellent attention to detail



Demonstrates good inter personal skills with the ability to communicate with managers, staff, pupils, parents and all other stakeholders in a professional manner

Possesses tact and discretion

Flexibility and adaptability to demands of the role.


Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
