The candidate will need to have strong employment law and commercial experience who has previously worked on merger and transition projects.



South London - Camberwell | Hybrid (2 days WFH/3 days Office) | 3 Months (potential to extend) | 40 hours per week | ££ Salary dependant on experience | plus exclusive OA benefits! | Must be available to start immediately

Requirements:



  • Demonstrable experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role

  • Knowledge of TUPE and organisational change

  • Employment Law and Commercial Law experience

  • CIPD level 5 or working towards this

  • Relevant experience and expertise in performance management

  • Superb communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill



Duties:



  • Manage our People Proposition and experience, including well-being

  • Strong steer on employee relations for operations staff, absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes

  • A view to influence the business strategy and support in a generalist HR capacity

  • Provide pragmatic and legally-compliant HR advice & guidance to our line managers, coaching and supporting them to resolve ER issues

  • Analyse and distribute HR data and provide insights to business division that provide meaningful insights and improve overall report

  • Ensure appropriate learning and development for our people to support delivery of our purpose, mission and plan

  • Manage the new starter process, including the company induction programme

  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of our HR system (Breathe HR)

  • Coordinate the leavers process, including carrying out exit interviews and sharing feedback with leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement in all we do
