Monday - Friday 36 hours per week

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for your next step? We are recruiting this prestigious position for our client based in Sydenham.

This longstanding and reputable organisation are looking to recruit a key role into their organisation in the healthcare sector. The department is responsible for Human Resources, Volunteering and Workforce Development and this person will hold a key role in the team and you will be responsible for the overall running of HR processes and procedures, communications, and staffing.

Duties include:

  • To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice, and HR services as required

  • To support Director level and develop a new strategy aimed at ensuring the organisation has a highly skilled, capable, and healthy paid and unpaid workforce

  • To lead on, implement and support a range of strategic projects relating to the services of the HR/People team, within agreed timeframes

  • To manage and oversee all activities of the HR/People Associate Partner and provide full support through agreed personal objectives (aligned to departmental and organisation wide strategic plans)

  • To support HR/People Associate Partner/ with complex ER cases, liaising with the Director of People & OD, where appropriate

  • Coach and mentor managers on the implementation of people management practises/ policies and procedures including change management

  • To lead on identified organisational change management projects/interventions associated with ensuring organisational sustainability including staff restructures and redundancies across the organisation

  • To work closely with development programmes including Apprenticeships

The successful candidate will be keen to provide a quality service to all staff and its stakeholders, working with the needs of clients and deliver a high level of service at all times. You will be self-motivated, driven to maintain and develop a successful HR hub and able implement process change. You will also show a high level of confidentiality and follow all GDPR processes and measures. You will also be up to date with all current HR practices and will be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD level 7 qualification.

You will be able to build effective working relationships, work with directors and able to hold a confidential demeanour with all colleagues.
