JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner


COMPANY: Premier consulting firm specifically helping clients implement a particular software


CONTRACT: Permanent


START: ASAP


LOCATION: South East London


SALARY: £55,000-£65,000

This is an autonomous role that gives you the opportunity to take charge of the HR function of a small business and make it your own. This company needs someone who has hands on and strategic experience and thrives in leading the HR of a small business that hasn't had a designated HR team previously. You will be guiding the company with your expertise, and implementing positive change in all generalist HR areas including coaching, L&D, Graduate schemes, performance evaluations, and all other areas.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Oversight of training and coaching methods

  • Thorough knowledge of HR management and organisational change

  • Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team and Partners on HR structure

  • Advise and collaborate with other HR team members, as well as working closely with partners

  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience

  • Assess the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees against the competencies and behaviours that apply to their role in order to create individual development plans

  • Prepare Contracts, documentation, and Training Materials

  • Implement and administer employee policies

  • Proactive recruiting assistance


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • CIPD qualified level 5 + or Degree* preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR and implementing policies,

  • Ideally have used SAP or experience with a SAP Partner company

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Dynamic, comfortable and confident

  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes

  • Strong judgement and problem-solving skills

  • Employee-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Proven coaching experience
