JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner


LOCATION: Birmingham or Manchester - Hybrid Working


SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum


OPPORTUNITY: FTC 12 months


HOURS: Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a thriving business based in their Birmingham or Manchester Offices. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience as a HR Business Partner and is CIPD level 5 qualified. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge, and wanting to work within a different industry to develop their professional career.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Supporting the relevant local leadership teams with all elements of people management activity, including but not limited to absence management, performance management, health, safety and well-being, and equality, diversity and inclusion



  • Ensuring effective and ongoing resourcing through robust workforce planning

  • Leading the local employee engagement agenda, including the design and delivery of effective engagement and communications plans

  • Building capability levels through effective training and development needs analysis

  • Facilitating and maintaining strong relationships with recognised employee groups and trade unions

  • Conducting regular reviews and updates of HR policy and procedure to ensure continuous improvements, and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements and recognised best practice

  • Deputising for the Head of HR Business Partnering as appropriate



  • Proactively supporting, encouraging and demonstrating the organisations visions and values to ensure that they become embedded in the culture



We'd love to speak to candidates who:



  • HR Generalist with level 5 CIPD or equivalent

  • Business focused

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access etc)

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
