Our client is looking for a hard-working and proactive HR Assistant.



There is never a quiet moment in this role so the ability to interact with people at all levels as well as remaining calm under pressure are essential.


To be successful in this post you should have some understanding of HR functions, currently studying or enrolled onto your CIPD Course, highly organised, ability to remain impartial and deal with confident and sensitive material


and have the availability to commit to a role for 3 months or more.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience

Duties:










  • Ensure that all local HR files, folders, and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information

  • Assisting HR Team with all aspects of Administration

  • Dealing with highly confidential information

  • Processing of highly confidential information.

  • Assisting Talent Team with sourcing CV's, writing adverts, screening candidates

  • To establish and maintain HR and management information and record keeping and provide periodic data reports as required.

  • Processing of payroll

  • Dealing with Payroll queries
