Role: Immediately Available HR Administrator - PART TIME
We are supporting a fantastic client based in Westminster who are looking for a strong HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, supporting with setting up policies and procedures within the HR Team. The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of HR processes such as Right To Work documentation, GDPR, HR software packages and undertaking their CIPD qualification's.
JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role
HOURS: 09.00am - 5.00pm - 3 days a week desirable - must attend office Tuesday and Thursdays
SALARY: £13 - £14 per hour
LOCATION: London - This role is office and home based,

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Keep up to date with employment law
- Supporting the HR Manager with all areas of HR
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and support
- Monitor absence data in line with policy and escalate appropriately
- Processing new starters, leavers, and contractual changes
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Understanding of HR policy and procedures
- HR software knowledge
- HR qualifications
