HR Assistant

Role: Immediately Available HR Coordinator -

Our client is seeking a strong HR Coordinator to support the organisation during this period of change and support their permanent employees with any HR queries they may have during this time. Our client is based in Shepherds Bush and this role will be full time in the office. The client has made the decision to return to the office on a full-time basis to encourage more team collaboration and engagement.

To be successful with your application, you will have strong HR experience, gained your CIPD qualification or an equivalent and able to commit to 2-3 months on a temporary basis.

JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role

HOURS: 09.00am - 6.00pm

SALARY: £14 - £19 per hour

LOCATION: London - This role is Office based

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Provide proactive advisory services to line managers on a range of human resources issues


• Support and follow employee procedures and policies


• Support with employees payroll and holiday queries


• Provide effective advice on policies and process in line with employment law, case law and best practice.


• Support with the management of end-to-end employee relations cases


• To act as an ambassador for the business, promoting the company core values, and contributing to a positive people focused culture


• Work in partnership with the business to provide strong professional HR advice and support to the business ice team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Understanding of HR policy and procedures


• HR software knowledge


• HR qualifications
