Job title: HR and Payroll Assistant

Salary: £22,000

We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing business based in Coventry, for a HR Assistant. Working directly with the HR Manager you will be a valued member of the HR function. You will be required to assist with all HR Matters, payroll for 100 employees, and general HR including administration.


Duties and Tasks:



  • Maintain HR Systems and records

  • Support HR Manager with projects such as salary reviews

  • Recruitment of staff including, writing adverts, screening CV's and interviewing prospective candidates

  • Administer monthly payroll process for 100 employees

  • Supporting with all Learning and Development administration

  • General HR tasks


The ideal candidate will posses the following skills



  • Previous HR Assistant experience

  • CIPD Qualified Level 3 or working towards this qualification

  • Experience of payroll administration

  • Microsoft Office
