Job Details:



  • HR Assistant

  • £24,000 - £27,000 *Depending on experience

  • City of London

  • 9:30am - 5:30pm


Job Spec:



  • Supporting the HR team with all admin duties related to HR functions

  • Fully managing recruitment starter ad leaver induction process

  • Raising and processing all documentations, managing internal databases and records

  • Preparing any HR related documents and minute taking

  • Preparation of offer letters, contractions, promotions, resignations, reference request, probationary reviews etc.

  • Supporting performance appraisal processes

  • Working alongside HR team for any ER related issues

  • Any other ad hoc duties for HR admin

  • Monitoring absence records for payroll purposes

  • Working with team to with any HR projects and daily activities as required


Requirements:



  • Ideally Degree educated or strong levels of education

  • Some HR Experience - Internship, work experience or 1-year min within entry level HR role

  • Interest in studying CIPD is beneficial

  • Personality and attitude are key for the role

  • MUST be ambitious and have a true passion for HR as a career role.

  • Hard working, willing to learn and get involved

  • Self-starter, very proactive and forward thinking

  • Trustworthy and reliable - no micromanaging more collaborative

  • Able to work well amongst a small team

  • Confidence in building relationships and reporting to executive levels within company
