Professional Services Company based near St Katherine's Dock is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to join their Team


This role will be to provide advisory support to the business on employee matters, assist with recruitment and training activity and support the HR function with the delivery of HR initiatives.


This is a great opportunity for somebody with some HR experience to take the next step in their career. Working within a HR team you will have the support of Senior Management while also being able to make the role your own.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Provide support on disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance management, including sickness absence, as well as non-complex employee relations queries

  • Provide support and guidance to managers on people, policy, and process matters.

  • Support the HR function with reviewing, maintaining and updating HR policies to remain in line with Employment Law.

  • Work with the Administration Assistant to conduct, review, and provide analysis on exit interviews

  • To create, amend and update, and issue HR related letters and documents alongside Administration Assistant

  • To support in cases of Maternity and Paternity Leave

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Support with annual benefit and salary and bonus review



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Either have previous HR experience including knowledge or employment Law or have a CIPD Level 3 and some administrative experience

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strive for quality

  • Understanding of compliance and confidentiality
