Office Angels are very proud to be working with a well-established business based in Biggin Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment working within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Split between home-based working and working from the office

  • Managing employee lifecycle

  • Managing employee leave and keeping in contact following the relevant processes

  • Dealing with employee queries and stakeholder management

  • Assisting with projects managed by the HR team

  • Supporting recruitment e.g. filtering CV's and interviewing

  • Assisting with ER cases and disciplinary cases with the capability to pick up cases immediately

The candidate must be able to travel to Biggin Hill and available for a minimum of 3 months with availability to start immediately.

Person specification:

  • CIPD Level 5, essential

  • Case management experience

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude

  • Microsoft Office skills
