Lovely opportunity to join a small but busy team as an HR Adviser. Our client is looking for looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is used to dealing with HR matters such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, maternity etc. to join a small team at their newly refurbished offices.

They are looking for somone with the following skills

* CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
* Proven ability to advise managers and employees on a range of HR related topics
* Experience of managing various concurrent ER matters
* Demonstrable ability to influence and build effective working relationships with managers and employees at all levels, with emphasis on engagement
* Proven ability to develop and review HR policies and procedures
* Proficient in office management services
* Good standard of spoken and written English
* Numerically competent
* Ability to work independently

The role is hybrid working (3 days office and 2 days working from home). However if a person wants daily in the office, that would be fine too.
