JOB TITLE: HR Advisor

SALARY: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

START: ASAP
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting their mission and helping their organisation thrive. The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees


• Oversee the recruitment process, including attracting, shortlisting, and conducting interviews


• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles


• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures


• Advise on employee relations issues and support the resolution of conflicts


• Keep up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Proven experience working within a similar role


• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practises


• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook


• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing


• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently


• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
