Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Central Reading (Work from home and be in the Office in Reading once or twice a week)

Salary: £35k

Hours: Full time

My client a software company based in central Reading are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting the HR department with all aspects such as Events, Recruitment, Finance and Office support. The ideal candidate would have HR experience, be extremely organised and a self-starter

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Support the HR department with Administration and Project work

  • Be the first point of contact for all Office related query's

  • Organise meetings, events and travel arrangements

  • Keep the office tidy, well stocked and maintained

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms and sending correspondence

  • Coordinate the on-boarding of all new candidates

  • Authorise timesheets and invoices

  • Book travel for new employees

  • Coordinate events such as the Christmas party, social events and conferences

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Previous HR experience

  • Strong Admin experience

  • Able to multitask and support all aspects of the business

  • Be extremely organised and able to multitask

  • PC Literate and working knowledge of MS Office

  • Reliable, self-starter, able to use own initiative
