We are recruiting for HR Administrator to work in Nottingham being part of an existing team reporting into a Manager Monday to Friday

Our client is looking to expand their team due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Co-Coordinator / Administrator, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to their customers.

As the HR Administrator your duties are listed below

- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them

- Support the development of HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes

- Implement learning and development policy

- Administer and develop the benefits package

- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation

Once successful as the HR Administrator
