HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator - 3 month temp

Salary: £12.50ph

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible)

Location: Nottingham

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator for a 3 month period however this could be extended. The role will be based in the office however working from home may be considered once a training period has been completed and candidates will be provided with a company laptop. Previous experience in a HR admin position would be advantageous however the client would consider a strong administrator.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a daily absence report

  • Updating employee files on HR system

  • Creating reports on HR system

  • Data migration

  • Admin support for HR Director

  • Updating of HR templates

  • Meeting organisation

  • Posting company merchandise out to employees

  • Management of HR in box

Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • IT literate - excel, word, PowerPoint

  • Proactive
