Our client, a global information services provider, are seeking a personable and proactive HR Administrator to join their friendly team on an ongoing temp basis.


In this role, you will support the HR team with day-to-day administration. This will include admin behind HR documentation, setting staff up on the database, reconciliations, ad hoc data entry, and managing the staff benefits platform.


The successful candidate will be a friendly, self-motivated, switched on individual with a can-do attitude and will be happy to get stuck in.

Days: Monday - Friday (hybrid, 2 days from home & 3 days in office)


Hours: 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)


Start Date: ASAP


Location: Central London (Closest stations Chancery Lane & Farringdon)


Pay: £14 per hour


Dress Code: Smart Casual


Duties



  • Support the HR and people team with all things admin

  • Ensure staff members are enrolled in benefits program

  • Assist with implementation of Hibob system

  • Ad hoc data entry for the team

  • Reconciliations

  • Admin behind HR documents, including contracts

  • Setting system up with staff data


Skills & Experience



  • Previous admin experience

  • Ideally 1 year of experience in HR or relevant degree

  • Ideally experience using Hibob

  • Proven verbal communication skills

  • Can do attitude, highly proactive

  • Strong written skills

  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multitask

  • Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
