HR Administrator

We have teamed up with one of the UK's biggest transport companies on an exciting fixed term position. This client is looking for a HR systems expert to work within their shared service team. You will be responsible for providing HR and Payroll support to the whole employee lifecycle from Recruitment to exit.
This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is available immediately seeking an ongoing position.

JOB TYPE: FTC

DURATION: 8 month Maternity cover


HOURS: Shifts of 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00


SALARY: £27000 pro rata


LOCATION: Initially based from home, must be flexible to travel into the client site which is North West London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Role:




* Being a superuser on all internal HR systems and training employees across the business

* Inputting starters, leavers, absence, holiday and ad hoc requests on the system efficiently and accurately, also raising any issues with the IT team


* Supporting the payroll team including inputting overtime, 3rd party and various business requests on the system


* Data input and management on systems


* Raising PO's and managing invoices


* Responding to and taking control of HR/Payroll queries


* Supporting the team with any ad hoc administrative requests



Key skills:




* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload


* IT literate particularly with MS Office


* iTrent or Workday experience essential


* A strong Administrator with demonstrable experience


* Excellent customer service skills


* High attention to detail


* Team player


* Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
