HR Administrator

JOB ROLE: HR Administrator


HOURS: Full time, 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £21,000



  • Assisting with HR functions provided within the business and for its clients to the next level.

  • Dealing with general and specific HR matters and to administer HR processes and procedures fora number of small companies.

  • A full support of the HR function will include running of payroll, administration of pension plans, data and documents management and processing.

  • Research and implementation of new systems should be expected to be a part of the role.

  • Consistently keep updated on and to proactively source relevant HR and Employment Law updates and information for further forwarding to the business's audiences via the relevant social media and communication platforms of the business.

  • Regular communications with staff and clients on HR / Employment Law topics and individual employee's

  • As part of this role assistance will be provided to Managing Director on various aspects of the business.


  • HR administration or assistant experience within a small-to-medium sized organisation

  • Desire to study CPP/CIPD or currently working towards qualification.

  • Excellent administrative skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Team orientated.

  • Able to act on own initiative.

  • Understanding of need for confidentiality and can demonstrate experience of working within such an environment.
