Based: Putney

Salary: £24,000-£26.000 pa

Hours 9am-5pm (35 hour week)

You will be working for our client who are a non profit organisaton and your main purpose is to provide Human Resource support for the Charity in the UK.

Main duties and responsibilities

  1. To process new starters paperwork including medical questionnaires, equal opportunity monitoring and references for UK services in a timely manner.

  1. To input, process and report on DBS checks for the Charity.

  1. Providing employee references as necessary.

  1. Data cleaning and analysis of current HR system.

  1. To learn and support the process of creating employee contracts in issuing both new and updated as required.

  1. To deal with telephone and email queries.

  2. To ensure that all hardcopy and electronic files are maintained appropriately.

  1. To provide other ad hoc administrative support as needed.

  1. To update the HR database and resolve any queries relating to information provided by the employee or service manager.

  1. To work collaboratively within the HR team, Payroll and Finance.
