JOB ROLE: HR Administrator x2
JOB TYPE: Permanent
COMPANY: A prestigious school with a positive work environment looking to grow the team
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
LOCATION: It is based in the heart of Dulwich !

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Ensure that all local HR files, folders, and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information
- First point of contact for all safeguarding checks and Single Central Register enquiries
- Complete the Disclosure and barring (DBS) checks required, checking their progress and ensure they are received
- Assisting HR Team with all aspects of Administration
- Carrying out Audits on the Single Central Register to ensure accuracy
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent, proven administration and organisation skills
- Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Great interpersonal skills with a diverse range of people
- Literate and numerate
