HR Administrator - immediate start

Role: HR Administrator

Location: Lewes, parking on site

Hours: Flexible

Start: ASAP

Salary £25,000

Office Angels are partnering a prestigious well-known company in the Lewes area who are looking for HR support for at least the next 3 months.

An all-round supportive position, your new role will be pivotal in helping your colleagues and the business through a busy period.

  • Offering support and advice to hiring managers across the business on their recruitment needs

  • Advertising roles, responding to applicants, arranging interviews

  • Sending and updating staff contracts

  • Providing welcome information to new starters and onboarding effectively

  • Dealing with reference requests

  • Admin support for the team and ad hoc project support for HR management team

  • Point of call for staff enquiries regarding their contracts, leave and general enquiries

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • HR Admin experience or are a strong administrator who is studying HR

  • Are available immediately and are happy to commit

  • Good communicator, both written and verbal

  • IT literate
