JOB ROLE: HR Administrator - Immediate Start

JOB TYPE: Temp

HOURS: Part Time 3 Days P/W


SALARY: £12+ per hour D.O.E


Duration: 6-8 Months

LOCATION: Burgess Hill, office based initially then flex

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting the team HR admin duties and point of contact for any queries



  • Vital in underpinning the HR services of the whole HR team.

  • Moving and launching forms on our SAP HR system

  • Carry out a variety of Payroll administrative tasks including joiners and leavers and support with onboarding process.

  • Monthly payroll support for commission payments and petrol deductions.

  • Support in recruitment activities as requested by Senior HR Adviser and HR Manager and reviewing status of Recruitment on HR systems and provide regular status updates

  • Completing pre-employment checks, DBS checks and referencing

  • Arranging exit interviews, ensuring relevant forms completed

  • General ad hoc admin, HR and recruitment duties


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • MUST have experience within similar HR Admin or Recruitment Admin Role

  • Background in recruitment compliance process from start to finish

  • Strong administrative experience

  • Very good accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance

  • Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Understand handling confidential information

  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
