JOB TITLE: HR Administrator (hybrid 2 days from home)

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £23,500

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

LOCATION: Sittingbourne

The company: A large manufacturing organisation that has shown continued growth year on year.


  • Responsible for recruitment of new employees and the whole on boarding process

  • Ensure all right to work checks are processed for all new employee's and temporary agency staff

  • Liaise with agencies for induction and right to work paperwork

  • Be first point of contact for all HR related queries and where necessary referring issues to the Senior HR Adviser

  • Ensure all relevant HR systems are up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Systems and practices

  • Assist with training resource, administration and scheduling

  • To carry out HR audits and have an understanding on how to process the data

  • Archiving of all data, reports and files as required

  • Carry out exit interviews and report back findings to management

  • General office administration and assisting with the day to day HR functions and duties


  • Recent experience working in a HR department

  • CIPD level 3

  • Someone that can work alone as well as in a team
