JOB TITLE: HR Administrator

LOCATION: Harpenden

CO. TYPE: Financial

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm

BENEFITS: 23 days holidays increases each year up to 27 days + Bank holidays, Enhanced Pension, Life assurance, Health Cash plan, Bonus Scheme

Currently looking for a HR Administrator to support two colleagues in the HR team.

The day to day duties in your new job role would be:

  • Drafting employment contracts, processing new starters, inductions and leavers

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, setting up interviews, documents and liaising with agencies

  • Maintaining and keeping up to date the HR system

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Experience working within a HR environment

  • CIPD qualified and wanting to work towards this

  • Excellent MS Office skills & communication skills
