HR Administrator - Construction- ASAP!

HOURS: 08:00am - 17:00pm
SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 pa. *DOE
LOCATION: Within walking distance from Old Street station

Our client is within the Construction industry and is a leading multi-discipline building, engineering and M&E services provider.



They are a fast moving, dynamic, energetic team looking for an experienced and open-minded HR Administrator to help build and contribute to the future vision of the company!



They are looking for a HR Advisor/ Administrator with some exposure into Employment Law and experience using a Time Management System (TMS), the ideal candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and be looking to develop processes and grow the role into your own!



Main Responsibilities:



* Managing internal TMS (Time Management System), ensuring all timesheets and employees have recorded their shifts correctly and there are no issues with submitting to finance
* Manage all absence, holiday requests and sickness ensuring that this is all logged on the system and there are no discrepancies
* Work with all line managers to ensure there are no discrepancies on the system and resolving any issues
* Ensure the TMS is being utilised to its full potential and Line Managers have training/ full understanding of the system
* Support with any HR queries, guide and advise on any sensitive situation relating to internal procedures
* Working with Directors and external support to resolve any internal queries
* General Administration Support to all departments, from data entry to preparing documents
* Basic Invoicing, signing off and send off for processing
* Supporting other departments should work load increase or to support with sickness/annual leave



Required Skills and Attributes:



* Must have experience using a TMS (Time Management System)
* Exposure to Employment Law with a good understanding
* A high standard of computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Experience in processing invoices
* Ability to be very hands on, flexible and adaptable to day to day duties
* Excellent verbal and written skills
