JOB ROLE: HR Administrator

JOB TYPE: Temporary, Full Time

DURATION: 3 Months

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours)

COMPANY TYPE: Leading colocation data centre provider

LOCATION: London Bridge, 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home

PAY RATE: £14.85ph

INTERVIEW DATE: 3rd & 4th June

START DATE: Immediately

The team has a strong family feel with a great work ethic, they are currently looking for someone who has previous HR Administration experience to come in to help out with their extra workload and to hit the ground running.


  • Organise and maintain personnel records

  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Booking training

  • Populating training matrix

  • Adhering to GDPR and Data Protection policies

  • Participate in HR projects

General Administration

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Answering the telephone

  • General administrative support for the team

  • Updating spreadsheets and inputting data

  • Sorting mail and filing


  • Proven work experience as a HR Administrator or a relevant role

  • HR Experience

  • High attention to detail is a must

  • Understanding of GDPR & Data Protection

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
