6 month fixed term contract



Salary: up to £28,000



Location: London Bridge

An exciting new position for an experienced HR Administrator has arisen for a progressive scientific organisation. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner and will be the first point of contact for any HR related queries and assisting on HR projects.



Duties:



  • Maintain employee records on inhouse database

  • Prepare HR documents i.e. contracts, references, letters etc

  • Deal with HR related queries

  • process requests for benefit schemes

  • contribute to HR projects and initiatives

  • return to work and sickness

  • Recruitment - compliance, schedule interviews etc

  • Assist in leaver administration

  • Assist in probationary reviews and appraisals and training



Requirements:



  • Previous HR admin experience

  • CIPD minimum of level 3

  • Great attention to detail

  • ATS experience is a benefit

  • Excellent communication skills
