Salary: £25,000


Location: London Bridge


Hours: 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday. This role will be 100% office based and not offer hybrid working

This rapidly growing construction company based a short walk from both London Bridge and Southwark station are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. You will be supporting the HR Manager with aspects of the employee life cycle and any HR administrative needs.



Duties:



  • Contracts for new starters and organise/conduct inductions

  • Organise probations reviews

  • Administration of company benefits

  • Updating the employee handbook and benefits

  • Management of the internal HR system

  • Recruitment admin

  • Support L&D

  • Any other adhoc duties



Requirements:



  • Previous HR experience would be beneficial

  • Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Able to work confidently with confidential and sensitive information

  • Approachable and positive
