HR Administrator - Charity

Office Angels are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a leading Charity based in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great team and for an organisation who make a huge impact on peoples lives.


JOB ROLE: HR Administrator


JOB TYPE: Temporary


DURATION: 1-2 months on-going, with the possibility of going permanent


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm


COMPANY TYPE: Charity


LOCATION: South East London (Remote and Office based)


PAY RATE: £12ph - £15ph


HR Administrator duties:



  • Managing Employee Relation cases for all employees

  • Disciplinary's, Grievances, Redundancies, Restructures

  • Performance Management & Improvement Plans

  • Welfare Meetings, Investigations

  • Maternity/Paternity/Parental Leave

  • Contracts, Offer letters and Job Descriptions

  • Leavers paperwork - Creation of all forms used within the company

  • Creation and management of all Company Policies and Procedures; this includes keeping them up to date in line with relevant changes

  • Managing employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement

  • Monitoring holiday entitlement and allowances

  • Recruitment; assisting managers throughout the process from advertising to on-boarding

  • Main legal contact for either claims and/or shareholding queries

  • Assisting with HR Improvement projects and strategic advice to managers Payroll and Financial administration

  • Inputting and collating all the data in relation to monthly payroll

  • Managing payslips, P60s, P11Ds and P45s

  • Pension; uploading new joiners, removing leavers, making the monthly payments, amending percentage inputs and making stand-alone payments

  • Raising PO numbers and inputting invoice details in order to submit and send to suppliers

  • Project management as and when required heading up all projects which relate to the office, staff and/or IT

  • Working with the Office Manager to assist in the running of the central function service


Candidate



  • Experience within a HR position

  • Good knowledge of processes and systems

  • Good attention to detail and very organised

  • Excellent communication skills
